Subject: Business Closure, Refund
It is with the deepest of regrets that we wish to inform you of the immediate and permanent closure of Zinntopia. Please know that this was an extremely difficult decision to make, but one that unfortunately was necessary.
We are under civil Authority to not gather, not operate. These endless extensions of business shutdowns ordered by the State of Washington, have made it impossible to anticipate when operations will be allowed to resume. It has been over a year since the first Proclamation of stay home stay safe to “Flatten the Curve” Many extensions have applied to our business scene and there is no end in sight.
We had hoped that the restrictions on gatherings would have been lifted by now, We had hoped the introduction of Vaccines would have helped ease restrictions; unfortunately this is not the case and we are under threat of moving backwards in the States Safe Start Plan.
The combination of this uncertainty and personal Health issues have forced us to make this difficult decision and have forced us to close our doors and Cease operation.

The decision to close Zinntopia was not made lightly; it was an excruciatingly difficult decision, and comes at great personal cost to the owners, who have truly loved every minute of their time operating Zinntopia. The people, the celebrations, the connections, the community - the loss is devastating, but the season to say goodbye is upon us. We recognize that closing the business will have a substantial impact on our customers on a personal level. So many have chosen Zinntopia for weddings or other treasured celebrations, and we deeply regret being unable to provide the accommodations. We want to personally apologize for this inconvenience.
Wishing you all a safe passage as we navigate the Pandemic together as a community. I would hope we can all be kind to one another, be understanding, be patient and not give up hope.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you and best wishes to each and every client, as each of us struggle in our own ways with this tragic pandemic and the prolonged, negative impact it has had on our lives.
