Event is for the number of people in Overnight Reservation + Combine Event Visitors

Example Reservation for 10 People (paid with rental overnight stay)    

   add  20 Event Guests - 20+10 = Event 30

 

• Any Event other than overnight Guests or involving rental Items as in Wedding or other or ceremonies

• Event Count            10-15                     $249

• Event Count            16-30                     $ 499            

• Event Count            31-45                     $ 999 

• Event Count            46 -60                    $ 1499

• Event Count            61- 75                    $ 1999​​

++ Guest is responsible to Obtain use permit if required for an event

*** Guest is responsible to Obtain Outdoor Restrooms if necessary 

****Rubbish Disposal if excessive rubbish is lest exceeding the capacity of (2)  90 Gallon Waste Management Trash / Recycle Bins a charge of $50 will apply
