Wildlife comes daily to drink from our own private artisan spring located right in plain view. Great for bird watching too! We have a robust American Bald Eagle population in the area as well as other birds of prey that soar over the Skykomish River all can be easily seen right from the viewing deck.

This dream kitchen has beautiful granite tops offering ample counter space, It features a commercial Wolf Gas Stove, with 6 burners, double oven and griddle, Also a Sub-Zero side by side refrigerator, trash compactor, garbage disposal, under counter hidden trash bin, built in spice racks, wine cooler, hanging pot rack, entertainment sink and so much more!

Warm serving bar stocked with coffee's teas and cocoa, In addition, there is an island breakfast nook, counter seating and the kitchen is open to the living area and formal dining room.

The kitchen is stocked everything you'll need, from serving ware and utensils to wine glasses and teacups, we've got it. You bring the food or hire our Personal Chef and enjoy the festivities! Larger groups are welcome to hire our catering partners for a memorable occasion we cater to Private and Corporate events.

Zinntopia estate has two large decks perfect for entertaining large gatherings and great for barbequing or for just eating alfresco on a summer night or just catching some rays.

The decks are a great spot for dancing and ceremonies. The lower deck opens to a gated courtyard that is kid and pet-friendly. Lower deck features stay dry under-decking system ensuring you can enjoy the great outdoors regardless of the weather.
